PURE LAMBDA, SARL takes the respect of privacy and the protection of personal data very seriously and undertakes to implement adequate measures to ensure the protection of such data and to process and use such data in compliance with the applicable provisions and in particular the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

ARTICLE 1: Data controller

Your Data are collected by PURE LAMBDA, SARL, a company with a share capital of 12,000 euros, whose registered office is located at (45 boulevard Prince Henri, L-1724 Luxembourg, Luxembourg), registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Registry (RCS) under the number B248482.

Within the meaning of Article 24 of the General Regulations on Data Protection 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, PURE LAMBDA, SARL acts as the data processing officer.

ARTICLE 2: Data collected and purposes

PURE LAMBDA, SARL, in its capacity as data controller, is required to collect, consult, use, modify, store, transmit and delete personal data within the framework of its commercial and contractual activities.

In accordance with Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the terms "Data" or "Personal Data" refer to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Concerned Person").

ARTICLE 4: Destination of Collected Data

PURE LAMBDA, SARL is the sole recipient of your data and undertakes not to pass it on to third parties unless a legal request is made to pass the data on to the state authorities.

ARTICLE 5: Data retention period

The data is kept for a period of time appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force. Customer data is retained during the contractual relationship, and may be retained for ten (10) years after the termination of the contractual relationship in order to comply with accounting and tax obligations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, each person has the right to access, rectify, erase and make available his or her Personal Data, as well as the right to limit and oppose the processing of such data.
